Medical AI Trainer - Mental Health & Psychology

About the Job

Are you a Mental Health Professional or Psychology Specialist passionate about healthcare, technology, and AI? We are looking for experienced mental health and psychology professionals to contribute their expertise to training Large Language Models (LLMs) and improving the accuracy of AI-generated healthcare information.

Role Overview

As a Mental Health & Psychology AI Consultant, you will help refine AI models by reviewing, validating, and improving responses related to mental health conditions, psychological disorders, behavioral health, therapeutic approaches, and psychological assessments. Your expertise will help ensure AI-generated information is accurate, evidence-based, and clinically relevant.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate AI-generated content related to mental health and psychology
• Evaluate AI responses related to anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, emotional regulation, behavioral disorders, and other psychological conditions
• Provide expert feedback on psychological assessments, therapeutic approaches, behavioral interventions, and mental health recommendations
• Identify inaccuracies, gaps, inconsistencies, or potentially harmful information in AI-generated responses
• Evaluate the appropriateness and safety of mental health and psychology-related recommendations
• Collaborate with AI teams to improve model performance and clinical accuracy

Requirements

• Relevant advanced degree or professional qualification in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related mental health discipline
• Strong understanding of mental health conditions, psychological assessment, therapeutic approaches, and evidence-based interventions
• Relevant professional certification or licensure preferred, where applicable
• Clinical or professional experience in mental health, psychology, counseling, or behavioral health
• Ability to critically evaluate and validate mental health information
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Interest in AI, healthcare technology, and LLMs
